По традиции в Абалацкой воскресной школе ежегодно проходят интересные и познавательные мероприятия, посвящённые этому празднику. Вот и в этом году ребята не только познакомились с православными книгами патриотической направленности, но и встретились с сотрудниками Пограничного управления ФСБ России по Алтайскому краю. Эти мероприятия — часть системной работы по патриотическому воспитанию молодёжи, которую проводит епархия.
По благословению настоятеля храма иерея Владимира Колтыгина 17 марта состоялся классный час «Патриотизм через православную книгу».
— Православная книга – это не только Священное Писание, богословские произведения, но и художественная литература, которая развивает человека как личность, прививает ему высокие моральные качества и учит, как поступать в тех или иных ситуациях, — отметил В. Колтыгин.
Ребята и ведущая классного часа Н. Колтыгина обсудили такие произведения, как «Поп» А. Сегеня, «Маршал Жуков – мой отец» М. Жуковой, «Рассказы о чеченской войне» Д. Линчевского, «И будет Пасха» проиерея В. Тулупова.
Сотрудники Пограничного управления ФСБ России по Алтайскому краю (с которыми у прихода налажено многолетнее тесное сотрудничество) рассказали ребятам об истории Пограничной службы ФСБ России, о защите границ нашей страны, военных учебных заведениях, курсантами которых могут стать молодые люди. Их рассказ вызвал особый интерес подростков, которые задавали пограничникам много вопросов.
В притворе храма к этому празднику была оформлена выставка сочинений, в которых воспитанники воскресной школы рассуждали о значимости православной книги для христианина. Также в этот день памятный подарок – конечно, же, православную книгу – получили победители и призёры приходских и епархиальных конкурсов.
